Refund policy

Gate House comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t right for your site, you get your money back.

How it works

• New purchases: ask within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked, and nothing to fill in.
• Renewals: if a yearly renewal catches you out, ask within 30 days of the renewal charge and we’ll refund that too.

To ask for a refund, email support@gatehousewp.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your license email. Tell us which site or license it’s for, if you have more than one.

What happens next

• We refund the full amount through Stripe to your original payment method. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• We cancel the subscription and deactivate the license, so automatic updates and support stop. A refunded founding license gives up its founding price; if you buy again later, it’s at the price at that time.

After 30 days, you can still cancel any time from your account. The subscription then won’t renew, and your license keeps working until the end of the year you’ve paid for.
