Founding customers get email support from the people who build Gate House.

Email support@gatehousewp.com from the address you bought with. It helps to include:

• Your site address and Gate House version
• A diagnostics export from Settings → Gate House → Diagnostics. It never contains your keys.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead

Please don’t send secret keys, passwords or customer details. We’ll never ask for them.
